  • Supplemental Valuation Scenarios - Examples include "As Will Be" and "As Complete" scenarios that address proposed and/or in-progress construction or conversion to permanent planting developments on the property.
  • Purchase Price Allocation  - Consulting report that breaks down a property’s purchase price by real property (land), site entitlements, and building improvements, such as ag support buildings and residential improvements.
  • Leased Fee and Leasehold Valuation - Determines the value of the interest in a rented property, and analyzes rental rates to determine their correspondence with market levels.
