Stan Xavier, President and Chief Executive Officer of CX, has over twenty-five years of agricultural and rural property appraisal experience, with a particular emphasis on large, complex properties, as well as integrated dairies and other agri-industrial facilities. Stan is actively involved in appraising agricultural properties and facilities located throughout the Western United States for clients including federal, state and local government agencies, major local, national and international banks, major insurance companies, pension funds, pension fund advisors, and numerous attorneys, accountants, corporations, and individuals. Stan is qualified as an expert witness in the Superior Court of Los Angeles County and Federal Bankruptcy Court in California. He is a member and past director of the San Joaquin Valley Ag Lenders Society and has served on the Appraisal Review Committee of the California Chapter of the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers (ASFMRA). He has been invited to speak for a variety of professional organizations, including the Fresno Bar Association and the Appraisal Institute, and has co-authored several articles in industry publications, and has co-authored several seminars for the ASFMRA.

Stan graduated from the University of California as Davis and completed additional post-baccalaureate studies in Agricultural Business at California State University, Fresno. Prior to forming CX with Tony Correia in 1992, Stan was the manager and Vice President of Charles Tingey Associates Ag Services Division, where he supervised the agricultural investment brokerage, appraisal, and consulting services for the company.
