Stanley Xavier, Jr., has been in the real estate appraisal business since 1986. He is the President and Chief Executive Officer and owner of Correia - Xavier, Incorporated, an independent appraisal firm specializing in the appraisal of agricultural properties. Mr. Xavier is certified by the state of California as a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser, Certificate Number AG011583, with an expiration date of July 10, 2009.

Appraisal Experience ____________________________________________________________________
Properties appraised include all types of agricultural properties, including some of the largest and most complex properties in California, specializing in agri-industrial type facilities. Appraisal assignments completed include large integrated dairy facilities; table grape and tree fruit packing house and cold storage facilities; citrus packing house and cold storage facilities; vegetable cold storage facilities, tomato and garlic processing facilities, vineyards, orchards, irrigated row cropland, and rangeland. Mr. Xavier also has in excess of five years experience in the appraising of conservation easements.
