Statement of Qualifications

Mr. Randall Wagenleitner is currently a Machinery and Equipment Appraiser with the firm of Correia - Xavier, Incorporated, an independent real estate appraisal firm specializing in the appraisal of agricultural properties. He has been employed by Correia - Xavier since 1999 where he also serves as the head of the research and mapping department.

Professional Education ___________________________________________________________________  

Mr. Wagenleitner has completed all of the core classes required by the American Society of Appraisers with whom he is a candidate member and is currently accumulating experience hours in pursuit of a professional designation.

In addition to the courses completed through the American Society of Appraisers Mr. Wagenleitner has completed four of the core courses required for professional membership with the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers.

Appraisal Experience ____________________________________________________________________

While affiliated with Correia-Xavier, Mr. Wagenleitner has appraised various types of properties including equipment associated with various nut, raisin, and citrus processing facilities, several large Central Valley wineries, many Central and North Coast wineries, and numerous farming operations. With a great deal of his work done in the wine industry, Mr. Wagenleitner has appraised wineries representing over 100 Million gallons of capacity.
