Statement of Qualifications

Mr. Kirk Sagouspé has been in the real estate appraisal business in Fresno for the past sixteen years. He is currently an independent appraiser associated with Correia - Xavier, Incorporated, an independent real estate appraisal firm specializing in the appraisal of agricultural properties. Mr. Sagouspé holds the professional designation of Accredited Rural Appraiser, ARA, the highest appraisal designation of the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers. The ARA designation is awarded to those members who have had years of experience, are technically trained, have passed a rigid examination and subscribe to a high code of ethics. Mr. Sagouspé is certified by the State of California as a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser, Certificate Number AG022845; expiration date April 21, 2012.

Appraisal Experience ____________________________________________________________________  

Properties appraised include all types of agricultural properties, including some of the largest and most complex properties in California, specializing in permanent plantings and agri-industrial type facilities.  Appraisal assignments completed include large integrated grape, fruit and nut properties and packing house and cold storage facilities. The appraiser also has in excess of five years experience in the appraising of conservation easements.
